Material:
The substrate is formed in a single extrusion process using a mold, consisting of bamboo powder, wood powder, PVC, and high-molecular additives. The surface layer is typically finished with a PVC film, thermal transfer film, or UV film.

  • Weather Resistance: ΔE ≤ 2 (after 300 hours of accelerated aging); resistant to discoloration and surface peeling.

  • Surface Hardness: ≥ 2H (featuring a surface film or UV coating); scratch-resistant, stain-resistant, and easy to clean and maintain.

  • Fire Rating: B1 (Flame-retardant); meets general fire safety requirements for building decoration.
